About the Grand Cru:
Introducing the Grand Cru. a fresh four piece Indie / Alternative Hip-hop outfit, consisting of two music producers and an MC duo. The Accrington based group aspire to be a progressive force in street music. Their electric rhythm's combined with flowing vocal delivery create a mood and energy unique to them. Their style and technique is dark yet real, exploring social issues, relationship matters and observations of every day life.
Recently the main aims for the Grand Cru have been setting up their own studio, promoting their new demo via the internet and developing an exciting live set. Until eight months ago the group had been purely concentrating on recording and producing their own songs, which has developed their performing and producing abilities.
Currently the Grand Cru are following up their recent demo with more new tunes, live gigs, promoting the music via the internet, recording, and showcasing other local talent using their new studio and website.
